this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Good grief, if we hadn't suffered a freakish amount of injuries and had a special teams coach, we'd likely be sitting at 7-3 or even 8-2. Payton isn't the problem....

In 2006 we had injuries to Horn and Colston. In 2009 we had injury to "he who shall not be named"(rhymes with Harper) down the stretch, in 2010 Brees played with injury and we lost Graham and Shockey both at one point, played most of the season without Reggie. We've won before with injuries. |
