It is what coaches do before their ass is rocked. Think back after '06, 07 and 08 were sub par years.7-9 and 8-8. SP was feeling the heat again then, what did he do? Fired his Dcoord.

FF to now, 3 straight 7-9 campaigns from Low Energy. His ******* is on fire right now it is so hott. Couldn't fire the dccord, only been here one season, so fire everyone else.
That is so shallow minded. You truly feel fires are made in a vacuum with outward perception being the driving force? I'll guarantee you that Payton doesn't make any move "to buy time". That is juvenile. He made the moves because they had to be made. He fired the coaches he fired because they were not doing their jobs as all of you (yourself, drizzle and halloween) have been promoting. And why would he fire Dennis Allen? The defense showed improvement and Allen showed repeatedly that while working with a squad full of temporary players he could make adjustment at the half, which is something that Ryan could never do. What the defense needs is stability. You don't get that by making change at the top. THAT makes no sense whatsoever.

No, Payton fired those coaches for the sole reason that they needed to be fired. It was the right move to make ... unless y'all think that you were wrong.

Then tell me why he took so long? It's been that way for the D side forever.

Because he is human and he most likely cares deeply about all of them. I'm sure he would have wanted them to come out of the rebuild we have been going through since the end of the 2013 season with solid results. Did he give them more chances than another coach may have? Yes, I would say that he definitely did. But, regardless of what some of you believe, Payton is not stupid. It was clear that these moves were required and as painful as they had to have been, he did make them. Give him that credit and let's all move on.

"he's doing this because he knows it is the right thing to do and he knows they had to go"

Halloween asks why did it take so long?

"Oh because he is human"

LMMFAO!!! So he has known they were sub standard coaches and kept them around anyway, lmao the excuses are off the charts.

He's so full of **** he can't get out of his own way

Here are the only things I know, 1 winning season in the last 5, 7-9 with an 0-2 or 0-3 start is Saints football. It is the rule as of late, not the exception.

Your team stinks

Outward perception and scapegoating are regular parts of firings. Hence Low Energy still being here despite consistently putting up losing seasons and the defensive side of the ball constantly catching the brunt of his dumbass decisions and loyalties

He hired **** for brains RR. I sure didn't want him. Maybe Sean the control freak should hire a real dcoord and let the guy bring his own ****ing people in, but no he is such a **** for brains that he keeps failing because he is a control freak and hires people he can control.
