Where's the don't like key? I've gotta go with it has a much larger chance at improving than in staying the same. There's not really much room for it to get any worse.

Granted, it's a big depends kind of thing. Depends on who they bring in, but DC after DC being saddled with Sean's boys have helped no one's cause. Except the opposing teams'.
