Has a mock draft ever been right.

Yes, eight years after the fact... ;)

And that player would be? .....

My short list at 11 appears to full of bama love and i hate bama

#1 player that appears to be the safest pick I would trade up for
Jonathan Allen DE/DT Alabama 6025 294 4.85 #93 Sr

#2 player that appears to be the safest pick
Reuben Foster ILB Alabama 6005 236 4.72 #10 rSR

#1 Freak that comes around once in a life time?
O.J. Howard TE Alabama 6055 251 4.57 #88 Sr

#1 upside player?
Marlon Humphrey CB/FS Alabama 6005 196 4.49 #26 rSo

I'd like to see the Saints hit with an immediate impact LB with long term greatness.

We've been starving for it since the decline of The Dome Patrol.

I know it's not easy to find, and be able to draft a dude like that, but one would think that we are due to get one.

There's only two defensive ends I'd take in the first round - Myles Garrett and...

Maybe Malik McDowell if I can resolve some of the grumblings from Lansing, trying to get some juice...

McDowell is now with Drew Rosenhaus, and so he will be re-branded, and go through his "finishing school"...

Physically this guy is the goods and is what could be an ideal match to Cam Jordan...

Meh ...

Watched his tape and nothing really stands out. His footwork and technique needs a lot of coaching up. The production is too inconsistent for my taste. At pick #11, I see better options.

Derek Barnett ...elite production against very good competition and he's a hard nosed player.
Tak McKinley
Tim Williams
Reuben Foster
Zach Cunningham
Solomon Thomas
Tyus Bowser

This kind of talent is one of the reasons why Alabama is so much fun to watch. Roll Tide!!! :p

One I recall using: Clay Matthews. And I haven't gotten a linebacker I've wanted (other than Stephone) since.

This is my year. Reuben is coming to New Orleans.

Obviously, don't go changing your avatar and fix it!

I'd be happy with Williams (yes a WR), Kizer or Cunningham.
