this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Well ... what's a fair price? I don't think NF is elite so he can't really expect "elite" money. I do however believe he is a very good starting caliber 3-tech and it's great having him and Rankins rotate/getting creative ...

Well ... what's a fair price? I don't think NF is elite so he can't really expect "elite" money. I do however believe he is a very good starting caliber 3-tech and it's great having him and Rankins rotate/getting creative when Dennis has them both on the field.
Right now our D line is possibly 1, maybe 2 players away from being complete. Without Fairley, we're possibly one injury away from being short handed ... again. 9M sounds about right. |

But if you take PFF or ther grading services, Fairley's play was among the best - so he's earned a big check... Thing is, he may now have rep of a year-to-year player; now that could work to the Saints favour... |
