Apparently Butler rejected Pats offer (14mil per year).
If this trade really happens then butler will be paid. Nut sure I would give him that kind of contract. Great corner but we are talking about 17-18mil per year... that's crazy |

Bouye also got 13,5 mil per year.
Butler is way better player but how much money would you pay him. |

Ugh...not a fan of a huge contract coming with Butler. No way. Maybe Ryan can be traded instead.
If not...**** it. We keep Cooks or we can use him in a draft day trade. I wouldn't break the bank for Butler. If he wants 17-18 million a year I'd tell them to take a hike. He's good but he ain't THAT good. |
