You cannot compare a QB's of today that take such good care of themselves year round, especially Brady and Brees, to the average NFL QB as recently as 15-20 years ago. The advancements in the last decade alone in diet, nutrition, training and medicine has had a great affect. Athletes like Brady and Brees are already proving history wrong ... or at least just that, history. Welcome to the present! |
