Day three:Rounds 4-7

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I wonder if Jake Butt is worth taking a flyer on, if he's still there. I'd prefer Kittle, if we go tight end, but I'm making the assumption he won't be there....

Before the injury, he (Butt) was projected as a early day 2 selection. He slid to the Broncos in the 5th.

Did the Jets really need another TE? Leggett was the last one worth taking, as far as I'm concerned, after Butt and Kittle went off the board. Looks like we're going to have to deal with Fleener as our #1 TE for at least another year.

We were going to have to deal with Fleener being #1 anyway, 12 million cap hit doesn't sit on the bench... Rather 7.5 cap hit; 12 million in dead money

He may be considered undersized by some, but I love the attitude he brings.
