I thought Teo would be a great player in this league when he came in and I think a change of scenery and coaching is what he needs to take it to the next level.
I did however question his intelligence after the cat fishing ordeal. This is a kid who grew up in the era of the internet. We all remember what it was like before internet and had no idea what it would develop into. He had his entire life to learn how to function in a society driven by the web. I've done plenty of internet dating and so have a lot of people I know. You can see cat fishing coming a mile away.
He's not some lonely middle school introvert emo who only lives in internet world.
I'm guessing he went into it blindly accepting anything he was told and read and was so busy thinking "positively" about his situation that he forgot to cover his ass. It's a naive way of going about life and could wind up getting one hurt or greatly taken advantage of.
He's older now and I'm sure wiser. He also seems to be a hell of a football player and the better he gets at it the more the players are going to rip him for it. It will be out of respect because they know he's a man and can take it.
little people who can't take a good ripping and resort to bullying others who they disagree with are children. Men give as good as they get and leave people they don't agree with alone.
