We are the worst 11-5 team out there, except maybe for The Panthers or Rams who may be worse. We are better than Minnesota and the Eagles but they each have 13 not 11. so it don’t count.

Okay

Coach knew this and was be very proactive in his decisions that last drive by Tampa Bay. You have to make it look real when tanking a game so Tampa Bay almost doesn't make the 1st down deep in their own territory then all of a sudden they drive 50 yards in 30 seconds. Coach knew that he would rather face the Eagles in the Championship. That's my take! We could've pounded the Bucs yesterday but kept it close so we could go either way in the final minutes, win or lose.
Playing for the eagles is not a guarantee(well, really it is but they don't know that). I think it had to do with the fact we had the division title locked up then and wanted to preserve pissing off the bucs and still having a chance to sweep them next year when they should be better with a season under than new offense's belt.

I think Payton and Allen were probably in the locker room doing blow off strippers during that drive.

You're right, playing the Eagles is not a lock cause Atlanta just might beat the Rams ( I am regurgitating as I type this)
