Ok. NFL.com just broke the news as him being released because the Colts were moving to 3-4 defense.

Yeah he was in a 4-3 with the Giants and at Ohio State. He’s probably better suited for a 2-gapping 3-4 as he doesn’t offer a lot in the pass rush department but he could easily slide right in at the 1-technique on our D-Line.
