Maybe they should have started with a gender-neutral announcer, then moved to a full-blown woman?

Her voice sounded way too loud and was distracting. It's as if she was announcing at a cheerleading competition, trying to project over loud music or something.

She is the lady that does the college softball world series too. She sounds better calling the games in OKC than football games. My wife even said the same.

You shouldn't even need to start your post defending yourself. If it had been a guy that was terrible, for instance I think Joe theisman is the worst, you wouldn't need to put a disclaimer on it. You're entitled to your opinion. They're going to shove this down people's throats because it is somehow progress. It no longer matters who is the best. Sacrifice talent for their form of equality. The only place you'll never see that is actually on sports teams where results dominate.

I'm really turning into a casual fan of football. I didn't even watch the season opener for us because of where I am and it wasn't even a big deal. 10 years ago I bled football...in and out. It's getting boring. For me. Other people it may not be, but for me
