Not sure if you are serious here. Are you saying Teddy should be starting over Drew, that would be a foolish statement.

Also, to say these were the same teams is erroneous. Carolina had 2nd and 3rd stringers on D for the 4th qtr (when Teddy had some success).

dude come on...

I actually got the idea because someone on this board literally told me that chase had better numbers than drew as an insinuation it meant he was better than drew.(for that week) So I just wanted to post something absurd and see how many peeps would comment

Plus it is going to be boring until the divisional round so figured I'd have a little fun

I don’t care how meaningless the game was. A third string QB who got cut from the practice squad shredded our starting defense. Playing to win or not, our guys were made fools of.
As for Teddy, I don’t think Payton wanted him to succeed. Drive his price down.

The Saints played the game for what it was, a meaningless game; the game meant more for the Panthers and so they played like it.

I don't remember the Saints blitzing one time.

IMO, the Saints were more interested in not getting players injured than in winning.

Re: QB Controversy

Give Teddy our starting o-line and Kamara, Ginn, etc, and I think we'd be in the hunt.

The sooner we can dump Brees, the faster we'll be popping wheelies and collecting Superbowl rings with Teddy at the helm.
