She watched the game today today with me, my dad, my oldest brother, my wife, and my in-laws at my parents house.
What was sad is it didn't quite soak into my mom's mind until about 5 minutes after the game ended that the Saints lost.
It broke her heart and she broke down and cried in her wheelchair. I think she looked forward to the games every week.
Possibility of a Superbowl made her happy.
Life goes on and we'll move forward no matter how fair or unfair life seems to be. Very difficult day, nonetheless.
I'm sorry to hear that man, and I can certainly understand how that compounds the heartache. My prayers and my heart go out to you, your Mom and your family.
