I'm still concerned about what the league intends (suspension) to do as it relates to the marijuana "issue".

Not sure they're going to do anything. It was a misdemeanor citation for certain items on the premises. They don't even hand down suspensions for first time actual failed tests and to the best of my knowledge I am unaware of any "failed test".

There are two types of drug testing in the NFL - Performance Enhancing Substances (PES) and Substance of Abuse (SOA). They have different rules. Failing a test for PES can result in an immediate suspension. Failing a test for SOA will advance the player to the next level of the program. There are three stages.
