Agree completely. Unger had started to have injury issues before he was traded to the Saints, but had the fortitude to play though them and still produce at a high level. Erik McCoy may not make us totally forget Unger, but should make us not miss him ... at all.

Doubt it. People are putting a lot of faith in this Rookie. He will be fine eventually but to say we won’t miss Unger is absurd.

One thing I've noticed early on with Erik is he's consistent, run blocks extremely well (pad level) & excels on his combo blocking assignments. Easy to see why many coaches are so high on him out of the gate. |
