Anthony is a terrific athlete and can be a boost on kick coverage replacing the effort we were expecting from Kaden Ellis...

Also, if Robertson has to step up to the base defense, he's not taxed as Anthony can take the kick coverage load...

Plus, we were down to four linebackers on the roster; we now can afford that roster spot to him to maybe salvage his development...

Tre'quan Smith DNP and probably out again on Sunday. Still baffled on the Jared Cook injury. I thought he played the entire Jags game.

Outside of Michael Thomas, not many other targets for 2 Glove Teddy and/or Brees. I'm sure Patrick Peterson will shadow CGM all day.

Wonderful.

Cook was limited after the injury and the ankle swole/seized up after the game on the flight home...

Lil’Jordan had his chance and made no impact at all, time to try something else.

Not really a surprise from me. I've been saying all camp that the kid needs work (practice squad/development). I wish Southalke well though.

Promoting Hogan isn't gonna sold our problems either. At some point Sean Payton and the front office need to realize banking on all these undrafted guys at WR ain't gonna work .

Go find a legit WR before the trade deadline to help out Mike Thomas and let's go this Lombardi.

Edit --- "SOLVE" our problems and "go GET" is what I meant to say.

He should clear waivers and end up back on the practice squad.
