Only notable "name" I can recall from 2018 at the position is Irv Smith Jr from Bama. He's a stud but I believe a team will take him in the 1st. Pipe dreams for me at pick #62 are guys like Riley Ridley or Hakeem Butler. |

Eaton has been hurt historically, a la Terron Armstead. Hopefully those days are behind him. | |

Re: Saints Sign C Nick Easton
It worked for Unger who had an injury history before coming to New Orleans and being a rock. It does make me a little nervous with the rest of the injury history along the O-line. Like Smash said....hopefully those days are behind him. Welcome To New Orleans big man. Maybe coach Roushar can teach him how to run block better with this O-line.

Re: Saints Sign C Nick Easton
Often injured so Clapp better be ready. Sounds like we will go o-line and d-line in the draft

In the 5th Jace is a good one for round 5 as well as CJ Conrad from Kentucky at TE if we wait.
Hockenson (6-4, 251) was a surprise early-entry into the 2019 NFL Draft, but it wasn't a bad decision as he could be one of the first tight ends selected. While splitting targets with Noah Fant in 2018, Hockenson totaled 49 receptions for 760 yards with six touchdowns. He has good size and showed some impressive receiving skills in 2018. To go along with being a receiving mismatch weapon, Hockenson is a quality blocker who should quickly develop into a three-down starter in the NFL.
