Looks like...a preseason game...

But my initial takeaway is the o-line has looked pretty darn good...

Payton looks slightly annoyed with the rhythm the offense is showing...

Nick Easton is not Senio Kelemete - he's a Center, not a Guard...

Could open the door to a roster spot for Clapp, who's arms still look underdeveloped - the man needs some guns...

Pass Rush was non-existent without Cam in there - most troubling aspect of the game so far...

Are Saints CBs contractually required to not find the ball? It seems QBs just flutter it up there for the reciever... and our defender just flops over themselves.

D line needs to be dog cussed.

We're getting beat up front. Davenport is getting doubled a lot and Trey can't win one on one match ups.

PRob looks rusty as hell.

The depth at LBer, Biegel (SLB), Ellis (MLB), Robertson (WLB) looks great...

Depth on the defensive line, not so much...

Really disappointed with the second unit defensive line, especially when defense should be ahead of offense at this point of the season...

Quick note on that Dan Arnold TD... Cyril Grayson got in front of him and laid an excellent block to clear a little room for Arnold to stretch for the goal line.

Bridgewater has been very inconsistent tonight, to be expected as he'll need more reps to get back into things...

Had to mute the local telecast with Vilma campaigning for Bridgewater like every throw was incredible when they were average throws...

Have been pulling hard for Grayson and Arnold and they may have won roster spots with their plays...

Really want to see Arnold get another chance in The Dance to redeem that NFCCG end zone play...

JP,

I'm watching the game out of Minnesota (KMSP) with 2 Viking announcers. They are saying similar things about Teddy. He's not a bad quarterback boss and done a lot of good things tonight.

Major, not saying he's awful, he's just a game manager, he's not going to win games on his shoulders with the play he's shown...

Vince Biegel looks terrific, as do all the second team LBers tonight...

Not saying that just because the defensive line can't get a win in one-on-ones (and Davenport wasn't double-teamed every play)...

These guys have got some work to do with Coach Nielsen...

Pass rush is big fat F so far. Liked our LB play for the most part. Secondary... ugh.

Offense not good but not bad. Teddy drove the ball, so arm is there. Cyril looked really, really good. Murray looks good to me. Smith had a drop but made a play or 2.

Spec Teams look good in coverage.

The positive - we've found some talent in our LBers and in Arnold, Grayson...
