Re: NFL, Saints Cuts
Not a real interesting move, but our first move nonetheless...

If Hill is the backup QB then all of his other work for the team is over. All he do if he's the actual backup QB is be a clipholder. 3. TB is already a proven starting QB in this league. Though it hasn't been recent, he's been a starting QB in a playoff game. He's been to a Pro Bowl. And like in Minnesota, if shoved into the starting position, he's not going to have be Drew Brees because frankly, no one else can be Drew Brees. All he has to do is get the ball to the playmakers to get this offense to go. If you still want to get rid of TB after seeing that TD pass to Butler yesterday, then I think that your QB evaluation skills needs some work. Right read and a perfect throw. Could not ask for more from your backup. SFIAH |

Re: NFL, Saints Cuts
Teddy is a top notch back-up to Drew if the unthinkable happens. Hill would be okay but his nose for running the football will leave him vulnerable to injuries.
I think Coach Payton has put the team in a pretty good situation. |

Literally every pass he made last night was on target with the only incompletions except for the final play of the game being drops.
So he gets the best of both worlds for now. One the one hand he can be the 7-position super dude we've gotten used to for another year. On the other he gets another year to develop as a QB under Payton, Carmichael, and Brees for another year. SFIAH |
