He missed a whole season. He has a reputation of missing games. Stop lying to yourself. Going to be a lot easier when reality sets in. He won't be starting by week 8 I know that much. He will be injured or traded.

Here we go again...He missed his rookie season due to an injury that he had his last year in college. Like many players, he didn’t allow it to heal properly so he had surgery on the same ankle that was already hurt. Since 2013 he has missed 3 games...that is all. I don’t see how or why you think he will not be on the team throughout the season. Who else will take his place? We are going into week 1 with 2 active RBs.

Ingram has missed 22 games so far in his career, granted some to suspension but availability is all that matters.

The Saints are the better team. At home. On national TV. That's the type of game you have to win. If you can't show up for that one, I don't trust you to be there any other time it counts.

How about we work out the bugs AND get the W?

An L week 1 against an AFC team might not impact our playoff chances but it certainly impacts confidence of new players. A L in week 1 also makes people look at changes that may not need to be made.

Personally, I had high hopes for him coming in to help our D-line. He's been limited or injured since he showed up. I haven't seen anything to stay enthusiastic about him and there is no word on the street. So, I'm hoping he's not a non factor because we are fairly thin without Onyamata and Rankins. Shy Tuttle for ROY.
