this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; It'd be hilarious if it turned out that this was a plan by AB and the Patriots. AB would purposely get released by going ape**** over a lot of stuff and then Belichick would just come in and scoop him ...

Bahaha 5 seconds after I post this I see this.. https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/...e-raiders-exit Brown has probably been studying the Patriots playbook all offseason to prep.

Re: Antonio Brown...should we?
That came up in discussion on NFLSirius... If that turns out to be the case its sad. I saw people legitimately concerned for the guy's health and some stood up an argued in his defense....

Re: Antonio Brown...should we?
The league should be investigating both collusion and tampering. No way the Pats were not behind him pushing that as far as he could to get waived. The signing was far too quick

Re: Antonio Brown...should we?
Looks like the other lost "Killer B" (Bell) isn't doing much for the Jets. Steelers were wise to cut ties with Bell and Brown. Both of them are clowns.

Re: Antonio Brown...should we?
I'm glad we didn't try to sign him. I still can't believe the Raiders just didn't put him on the Reserve/Left squad list and just ended his season.
I'm just tired of jackass players acting like they should call the shots. The NFL exists for two reasons, to entertain the paying customers and to make the owners richer. The player are an expendable workforce and AB needed to be reminded of that. |

Re: Antonio Brown...should we?
Not after a 30 point loss where James Connor was non-existent and Ju Ju couldn’t get open to save his life. Plus Bell scored the only offensive TD for the Jets.

As Payton would say "next question". Or as Barney fife would say " there's nothing to see here. Move along. Move along...…."
