It's killing me we just extended Michael Thomas, who played tough, bravely today and we can't get the ball downfield to him...

Jared Cook was a waste of money and I wouldn't be surprised to sign a FA or see Dan Arnold promoted if he can make the weight...

Eli Apple atoned in a big way with his strip-fumble today; the front four, including the rotation was huge today, huge...

If the Kicking game handles the snap exchanges, doesn't muff a punt - they're Special Team Unit of the Week in the NFL...

I'll say it and I was wrong for years - Sean Payton ain't sh*t without Drew Brees - Brees has been worth every penny we've ever paid him...

He almost blew out Seattle at home by 22 without Brees. Where's the logic? Can't remember last time Saints won in Seattle

This really wasn't the same Seahawks team. That said it's still very hard to win in Seattle. Their offense was kind of a mess and playcall was sketchy at times. Their Coaching decisions and risks they took were at times illogical. Maybe luck has run out on Pete Carroll?

That said, I was impressed with the Saints team effort. Every squad scored - offense, defense, special teams. We made adjustments in-game, tuned the offense to play to Bridgewater's strengths and I think the Seahawk's and their fans were probably stunned. Although the penalties still happened, I felt we played a very methodical game and got the most out of players. When players failed to perform, we stopped relying on them.

Before the season started, looking at the schedule I would not have been surprised to have seen this game as a loss even with Drew as the starter. Seattle is not an easy team, Wilson is an elite QB, and they have a very good defense and yet we handled them, and it only ended somewhat close due to garbage time. To listen to a lot of these posts you'd think we lost. How many points do you need to win by to be happy? Do we have to complete every pass? Defend every pass? Was Seattle supposed to have zero yards, zero points, and we score on every play? I'm disgusted. After the Kamara screen pass Teddy settled in and looked like a good starting QB and the defense did it's job when needed to. Sorry if this wasn't a 60-0 win with a second string QB to make ya'll happy.

FYI, in 2010 moments after winning SuperBowl 44, there were people complaining that we didn't score enough points in the game and complained that we didn't throw the ball enough.... after winning the SuperBowl. Just sayin'.

You really think that Seattle team will make the playoffs as they are now?

At RT, Ryan is as close to elite as you can get.

Bet Romo wishes he had a Ryan Ramczyk protecting him...

How many passes did Bridgewater attempt, complete downfield? If I'm disappointed, it's because we got an amazing defensive, kicking game, and the offensive line effort and in got check-downs all game...

Lotta meat left on the bone today. And that defense was in the bottom half of the league after facing such juggernauts as CIN and a PIT team without Roethlisberger for more than half the game...

We've learned nothing from the NFC CG loss if when teams start to collapse, we've got to make the kill-shots, keep the foot on the gas, with the last foot boarding the plane is the one coming off their throat...

Keeping it real, only way this is better if he's sporting the Gordon Minshew 70s look...

AK did it all today - great performance, great attitude...

So what is an acceptable ending score? A 2 score win, after garbage time, in one of the hardest places to win on the road isn't good enough, what will make you happy?

I think you have to understand that our offense without Drew just isnt the same. It's like we have to learn how to do it differently. Teddy hasn't played any meaningful football in 3 years. I was frustrated too, at times, but I think the team has to find itself after losing its leader.

For those feeling lackluster about Teddy, we almost certainly had to play it close to the vest, considering the early lead, the crowd and the wet weather. Next week when we are home and it's dry, we will then look to be more assertive with Teddy throwing. Very well-coached game today - in fact, we outcoached Carroll today especially considering their bad time/score management. But I guess if I had a nose that needed to be stitched I might not be coaching perfectly either LOL.
