Didn't see it. Had to check out for a while with 29.5 inches of rain in 90 minutes but you are correct and I firmly apologize. Still, I want someone to justify pulling Bridgewater if he becomes more than the "game manager" and wins out.

Can it be justified. I don't think it can other than using historical data. Did anyone believe Kamara was more valuable than AP when they were in training camp. I don't recall anyone ever making that claim.

If Payton leaves him in would you hate the call.

It's all good; proves great minds think alike.

If Teddy holds the fort down and has the Saints winning, I doubt SP immediately goes back to Brees full-time.

That was my only point. It should be a gradual thing. If he is killing it (I don't think that will happen) you can't just yank him. It has to be a soft pull. Maybe insert Brees at the end of a half, let him start the 3rd and see how it goes.

AP was slowly losing touches to Kamara. It was a slow progression that took weeks. It was the right thing to do. It probably saved much grief because AP would have been off the rails immediately. He still went off the rails but by that time he was traded and that was that.
