It does in a way. Speakning from my own experience, when you play O-line you feel a great deal of responsibility for the QB and more often than not you rather take a holding penalty than letting your defender get a clear path to hit him.
While playing I did a lot of things I'm not particularly proud of just to protect the QB. |

If I had to put a finger on it, I'd say there was snap count confusion a couple of times. Robert Quinn is a hell of a pass rusher though. He's made a lot of tackles look bad. Easy to see why the Saints had interest in him this off season. TA is an elite LT. He'll play much better next Sunday. |

Isn't it an absolute pleasure watching a game where the D is basically carrying a struggling O. Wasn't too long ago that we figured if Brees couldn't put a 30 spot on the board, the team was in real trouble.
So, two weeks in a row the D looks formidable and with the second coming of Breesus (yes you heard it here first) looking to happen after he spends 40 days wondering the sidelines....the NFL had better say their prayers. |

Love watching Vonn Bell's progression, hes become our most consistent safety.
His coverage looks better, hes forcing turnovers and making solid tackles. |
