The offensive line stunk. Couldn't run or pass block. I was expecting a let down game couldn't think it would be at home against the falcons

Kamara is done.

Looks like 's 35
Only 2 TDs all year long
Doesn't have the same zip in his step as last year.
The O Line obviously doesnt want open up holes for him.
This team is going to crumble down now.
Time to put in Washington and see what he can do.

WR has been an issue for the past few years, Brandin Cooks and Willie Sneed have never been replaced. With that said, I would sign Dez to start opposite of MT, put Kamara at slot WR, and use the H-Back more so that Taysom can get more touches.

I do not think Brees is done, but that stat padding at the end of the game made me throw up in my mouth and is unacceptable.

Lol.

I never truly understand the thought process of some fans after a loss (regardless of the team or record) as if it's the end of the world. Many give up way too easily. Saints simply weren't prepared & faced a divisional opponent. Congrats to the failures but we have bigger goals and it all starts with Tampa on Sunday.

The days of Brees turning un drafted WR's into super stars is over but he's far from being "done". We lost ... it's football.

And if Payton and loomis would take your sediment and put it in there heads we wouldn’t be in this predicament . I see all this speed of low end draft choices and they are moving the chains . We have MT and molasses after him seems like.

If you are going to play the cards in your hand that is about as good an option as any.

Kamara, the Saints' do-everything back, did next to nothing on the ground, held to 24 rushing yards on just four carries.

How many of the 12 penalties did Brees commit & since he loves getting slammed to the ground so much he encouraged the Defense to sack him 6 times.

This was not on Brees. Once Peat went down Brees had no chance. Clapp was a turnstile and Armstead had clearly not recovered from the flu which caused him to miss Friday's practice. I read some say that Brees should have stepped up into the pocket, but the pressure was coming up both the middle on Clapp AND the outside on an obviously ailing Armstead. There was no place for Brees to go. A 30 year old Brees would have had the same issues in that game. Then add to that the dropped balls that killed drives and it was an uphill climb on the offensive side.

Atlanta had nothing to lose by going for it on fourth down. That in itself adds even more pressure on a defense that was already behind the eight ball.

It was also obvious that Kamara was no where near 100% and that effectively took him out of the game. The killer though was the penalties, especially the league mandated "point of emphasis" defensive hands to the face calls.

Another BIG blow was losing Lattimore for the game. That was huge.

The Saints clearly came out flat, but it was the combination of the penalties, dropped balls, incoming health, and in game injuries that spelled the doom.

Armstead clearly not recovered from the flu that caused him to miss practice Friday and Peat going down early will result in a stinking offensive line.
