Re: Eaton Top Rated This Weekend
Let Peat go get paid elsewhere.
Injury aside, very underwhelming player for where he was selected in the draft. His body of work has been average, still has bad hand placement and slow feet. At his size he should be winning more one on one battles and not being thrown around like a rag doll. Go back and watch his ATL tape pre injury. Lower tier players were giving him the business. Just like last year, he was the 5th best lineman on the Saints team. He is what he is. |

THAYOR MUNFORD - projected to go 2nd - 4th round. JONAH JACKSON - 3-5 rounds. ^^^ Keep an eye on these two if LSU eventually faces OSU in the BCS title game. They have the ability to move a pile. |

Re: Eaton Top Rated This Weekend
I think it means he's afraid of Armstead going down without a quality backup on the game day roster. Peat may be the weakest link on the O-line but he's the best LT backup that we've got. I fully expect to see Peat replaced this off season with younger cheaper talent.

What we need, and would be easier to find, is a Right Tackle reserve, let Ramczyk take over the LT spot not if, but when Armstead goes down, again... Was in Team Peat's camp until Smash told us he was clearly out-of-shape at the Tulane Yulman Open Practice - Peat lost me at that point... Andrus had played well despite some significant injuries, but a compensated professional athelete out-of-shape, that's bullshinski, not with the resources available to the NFL players... |
