I don’t even think Payton wants that kind of Quarterback anymore. You either adjust with the game or get left behind.

I think Sean went after Teddy so anxiously precisely because Teddy plays smart and is precise. Brees-like, although we'd agree he's no Brees. Cam is not a 'smart' QB, which is not an indictment on the man's intelligence but how he plays the game. With Sean's offense being one of precision, Cam is clearly not the man for the job here.

5 pages of comments off the ramblings of an ESPN writer?

Sean Payton was ready to select Pat Mahommes up until KC stepped in.

Okay. Let’s say you’re right. And? Gay people can’t play football? Look, politics and who you like and dislike play way too much of a role in how y’all feel about the players. Rich Incognito was basically shown to be a racist but if he’s an improvement over Peat then bring his ass in. I don’t give a ****. They don’t have to be my friends. Go get the job done.

Smashmouth and I had a gay QB for years in a touch football league.
It should be noted that Smashmouth was the only guy to bend over in the huddle. :hallucinate:

Cam doesn't seem to be able to control his gayness/emotions like so many great NFL QBs in history.
Still, he is a great athlete and would no doubt be great on a camping trip. :o

Do you think he would want Matthew Stafford, Kirk Cousins, or Jimmy Garoppolo?

Sorry... I won't be able to make it again this year, so ask Smashmouth.
