If he were in his prime, I'd take him in a heartbeat. But he's not in his prime anymore. I wouldn't risk a huge multi year contract on his health.

That added threat is the wave. It’s the real reason Joe Burrow is thriving at LSU in my opinion and why he will do the same at the next level. The kid can do both.

Sean does keep a lid on things quite well, but he also tends to stay away from anyone over an 8 personality wise lol.

There is a lot of focus on respect these days in social media, I've stepped off a plane locked and loaded with people that I didn't respect and it had no effect on my performance what so ever. I would be a hypocrite to require respect to want someone on a football team. I have to know someone to develop a respect for them and I can honestly say that I have zero respect for Drew Brees, I dont know him as a person. I admire his leadership and skills on the field, I also think his philanthropy is very notable and shows high character.

That said If I had a dollar for every asinine statement that I have made throughout my life Id be waiting for a new Fodera (bass guitar) to arrive in the next day or two lol. <--- And thats without a few million in my bank, a camera in my face, and a persona to maintain.

When Drew went down earlier I would have much rather had Cam Newton the healthy football player on the field than anyone we had on the team... He hasn't been healthy and Cam Newton the football player doesn't come without Cam Newton the peacock. Just color me conflicted. :bng:

Bree’s will end his career here as he has personal goals of records and things.
I only wish is for him not to stay pass his expiration date.

Saints have Bridgewater as 2nd qb who stepped up in five straight games and brought the team five Ws. He did what he was paid to do. He got the confidence of the team.

3rd about is “Jack “ Hill who does this and that and is a Jack of all trades.
I don’t think he has done placekicking yet, but hey, there is still time, lol.

CamNewton is used to be a starter and won’t go anywhere as 2nd.
This alone cancels him out here. You only have a record breaking, SB winning, and more 1 st qb
You have a proven , quiet too , 2nd qb.

Also, by the time Brees retires, Bridgewater and Hill won’t be here and Newton will be gone from NFL.
