Not saying our O line played well, but dang, some of you will blame anyone and anything before looking at Drew.

I am thankful for Drew, but I am a saints fan first, and right now I am eager to see what Payton can do with a different QB. Last time he had a different QB we went 5-0 and the games weren’t close.

I'm not absolving Drew for yesterday. He was a major reason for the loss. I'm only pointing out that if Drew is going continue as our QB, we need to understand that there are O line issues that need to be addressed if we want to win. Actually, this needs to be addressed with or without Drew.

Ginn is never open anymore.

I'm eager to see what we can do without Payton. It was proved earlier in the season that regardless of QB, we can win if we run the ball and play defense.

Payton just refuses to commit to the run now. Gets way too pass happy and Brees either checks down or throws into double coverage, nothing in between.

Yep. Ted Ginn is done.

Saints cannot ignore the WR situation any longer. It cost us a chance to advance in the tournament.

Zimmer's back ground is all defense and he knew Sean P tendencies. He did what most were afraid of ... taking away our biggest threat, limiting Michael Thomas & daring other WR's to beat you.

This was one of the worst WR rosters NOT NAMED MT I've seen under Sean Payton in a long time.

And on the rare occasion he happens to be open, and Drew throws him the ball, there is a better than 50/50 chance he is going to drop it.

And you consistently and almost instinctively blame Brees each time there is a loss. Being sacked 3 times is a lot and the worst part is that has nothing to do with how many times he was flushed from the pocket without even a second or two. You've been on this train for years bro. Everyone on the board knows it

Without SP probably not winning 37 or 38 games over 3 years. Better pick a good replacement or back to 8-8 Haslett we go...if we're lucky.

I was for replacing SP when we went 7-9 3 years in a row, less now. That said, yesterday wasn't good enough. No emotion until late in the third. Oline got blown up. The absence of a number 2 rec. Back on display. I understand he thought we could best their secondary and that actually makes a lot of sense, but that only works for substantial gains if your oline can hold up. They couldnt

To be fair though our defense was playing totally different in that 5-0 stretch. Brees didn't have much time but there is no excuse for him being loose with the ball in that situation.

The possession where they forced the ball to Kamara three times and then punted still aggravates me plus I’m still don’t understand calling that deep pass for Brees that lead to his INT
