One day after trading Yannick, I see the Jags have waived Leonard Fournette.

I wouldn't doubt if he requested, or demanded, his release. The Jags are a dumpster fire.

The Jags have lost a lot of good talent over the years.

Calais C, AJ Boye, Jalen Ramsey, Yannick and now LF.

They're tanking for Tua. Oh, wait ...

Or, perhaps they are unloading players that do not want to move to London.

AG, Jax is my backyard now. They’re not tanking for a draft pick or in prep for a move overseas. You’re seeing an exodus, actually it’s been going on for a few years now, bc players have fully lost confidence in Doug Marrone as Head Coach, and there is a complete lack of leadership in the organization. Khan needs a top down house cleaning, but even he is out if his league wrt what needs to be done.

Doug Marrone is a dumpster-fire as a head coach..., the man is lost. Players see it, and want absolutely nothing to do with him or the team if he’s calling plays and making game-time decisions.

Yup. It is unfortunately pretty apparent. The spiral started when they brought in Tom Coughlin and it's beyond any sort of immediate repair. It'll likely get worse before it gets better.

Agreed my friend, it will get worse. Amazing what happens to a locker room, actually any organization, when there is a complete vacuum of leadership. That’s why, imho, an owner that knows when to step in and begin rebuilding is critical. Khan has already missed the opportunity to begin that process in a season that many already consider to be just an afterthought due to greater events occupying most adult minds. To run parallel to JP’s statement a little earlier..., I’m not sure our owner has that ability that could be needed either. We’re just fortunate we’re winning more games than losing, and that’s not an insignificant difference.
