I like the move. It's time to change things up in the secondary anyway.

This team desperately needs leadership on the back end.

You need a veteran presence and Jenkins is smart & can still play.

I really do like this signing, the last 3 Seasons the team lost in the playoffs after giving up big plays in the passing game. Worse comes to worse he adds veteran leadership

Payton rights the wrong he’s always regretted. Jenkins will slide right in at SS and Gardner-Johnson can keep the nickel CB spot locked down.
