It's unfortunate Delpit didn't work out at the combine as I think he would have lit it on fire. He dealt with a bunch of small injuries last season that affected his production. He had such a great '18 season that I think the expectations for him coming into last season became quite lofty.
He's going to be a really good NFL player and will turn out to be an incredible steal for someone if he drops into the second round.
Mayock use to say it best, the NFL combine is for confirmation, not evaluation. Athletic testing numbers shouldn’t be served as the basis for validation of a player’s talent.
