Too bad he's damaged goods. He was damaged goods coming out of college and he's still damaged goods. Maybe the new strength and conditioning coach can keep him on the field.

I have no faith in him. He’s been injured 5 out of 7 years during his college/NFL career. One of the years he didn’t get injured he only played special teams. Love the guy when he’s on the field but he’s glass.

Might be best for Anzalone health-wise if he just plays in the base defense (25% of the snaps) while Demario Davis and Zack Baun are the two in nickel.
