Burning money is not a racial thing, its a humanity thing, its a society thing that isnt resident with in any one culture. Know why the stimulus checks didn't stimulate the economy? Because 80% or more went to Visa, Mastercard, or Discover as interest.

It doesn't matter how much you make, for most people, your costs eventually rise to parallel your income.
