Re: Is Winston already surpassing Taysom Hill?
I agree. That's why he'll not be successful at QB. Winston is far more talented at that lone position, while Hill may be more valuable as the all round weapon he has demonstrated.

I think you may seem Jameis because I’m not sure Brees can stay healthy for a full season anymore. He’s been getting dinged up every year. I’m fully comfortable with Winston at QB. I think you’ll see a much improved player once he gets into the Saints system. I trust the organization on that side of the ball. |

Add that to his Eye surgery and a seemingly new approach to life, I could see Winston in New Orleans for many more years. |

OMG the former #1 pick is the more talented QB than the undrafted read option QB... shocking! Of course Jameis is better. Dude can be a legitimate star with Payton’s coaching and the weapons we have. I don’t really like Jameis because he’s corny AF but I’m smart enough to see that he could be an excellent heir apparent.

I think we have seen the last of Drew anyway. |

Re: Is Winston already surpassing Taysom Hill?
If he plays he won’t play here . The players don’t seem to want to play for him anymore. Sean probably knows it’s time to move on if he wants the younger players to buy into a system that makes us competitive long term. I think they’ve had enough of the Drew Brees show.

I sure hope so," he said when asked about whether Brees could come back for another season. "I would feel much better if I could guarantee that he was. But I guess the only way I could be able to guarantee (a comeback) was if one of y'all said something reckless, like, 'he's finished,' or something, then I could guarantee he's coming back.
