Re: NFL.com | Drew Brees: 'I'm on borrowed time' as Saints enter Super Bowl or bust season
Never said it was his, nor ANYONE’S fault individually..., but the record is what the record is. Every team out there has bad calls, bad plays, and bad bounces. That’s an excuse, not a reason.

I was there, Section 259, Row 4, Seat 9, my first year with season tickets! I was there for every game including the Championship game (didn’t make the SuperBowl ticket cut though, lol).![]()
Bottom line, since then, all the talking heads discuss how great the QB is, how great the HC is, how loaded the team is..., and how many conference championships have the Saints won since then? Zero. I don’t care about the reasons, I don’t care about what could have been done, I don’t evaluate the ppl, just the record/stats, aka the quantitative analysis. |

Of course with all the emotion aside, if possible. By the way, I spent my career dealing with quantitative analysis and five post-season games are not a viable sample for any cumulative analysis. Try flipping a coin five times and you'll be quantitatively as accurate. Sorry, but it's the truth. |

The records are the records are the records..., and they don’t lie. |
