I’m looking forward to this game, a lot! |

Or do what Payton has always done, pass to set up the run. But, to be honest, the short pass is essentially a run anyway. A sizable percentage of the Saints passes are behind the line and are basically forward "lateral" running play.
All that said, if we run the ball 70 times and win I'll be happy. If we pass the ball 70 times and win I'll be just as happy ... or any split in between as long as we win. |

Just saw that Michael Thomas was back at practice today. Waiting for the official report soon.

I won't have any confidence in our defense (especially the DBs) until they show they can play well consistently.
Its hard to forget all the journeyman QBs that have had career days against us. Wouldn't surprise me one bit if Foles throws for 350 and 3 TDs. |

Someone I follow on twitter said that if the defense doesn't show up this game, then they never will - and I agree. If they don't get a few turnovers and allow this to turn into a shootout, then the SuperBowl is way out of reach in my opinion
