It is what it is. Trey got swallowed up vs Philly just last week and is bad in run support. Granderson is a good rotational piece. Not an every down DE/pass rusher.

Check out the piece Underhill did on Davenport last month. This guy creates problems and destruction as well as setting the edge.

Saints can build a competitive defense around Marcus. I'm just not as down on him as others.

Davenport had a lot of pressures, where he collapsed the pocket. As you mentioned, he can set the edge better to support the run than Trey.

He is very similar to Jordan...not a speed edge rusher but he can be an every down end. He gets a lot of flack on this site because he isn’t flashy but he makes plays and pressures that help others to get sacks.

I don’t care who gets them since in a lot of cases it takes a team effort.
