If we can keep his attitude in check and get him for 2-3M I think its worth a shot but at the same time I think I’ll be back here next year regretting my decision, lol. I hope they take a look at Reggie Wayne,Brandon Lloyd,Mario Manningham, and Hines Ward. If we can lock up Colston, pick up Moss, and pick up another decent WR we could have a really great receiver corps. I hope we can by some miracle keep Nicks too. Then we can focus our attention on the defense. I say we go after Mario Williams,we’ll never have a good defense if we don’t have good DEs. We also desperately need some real LBs. I like Vilma but its time to move on and is Shanle still on the team and if so why? Sorry if I got a little off topic. For the record I say go for Moss.

There's no way the Saints could afford Mario Williams after re-signing Nicks and Colston, absolutely no way.

Randy Moss dazzles at work out.

"hearing from multiple sources re Randy Moss workout today he lit it up. Was told he ran about 45 routes and "looked like the old Randy."

"From what I gather all parties were pretty floored by his workout. Probably didn't expect him to perform the way he did"

From Jay Glazer.

The Randy Moss Unretirement Tour officially has begun, with the 35-year-old receiver blowing away the Saints.

A league source tells PFT the workout “couldn’t have gone better.” Moss got in and out of his breaks quickly, and he showed great football intelligence.

While we aren’t in the business of contradicting our sources, there technically is at least one way the session could have gone better. Moss could have run the 40-yard dash in 4.3 seconds. Instead, he didn’t run the 40 at all.

It’s unknown whether he wasn’t asked to do it, or whether he didn’t want to do it.

Either way, it was a success. FOX’s Jay Glazer says via Twitter that Moss “looked like the old Randy” while running 45 routes for the Saints. (Of course, depending upon which “old Randy” we’re talking about, that could be a good thing, or a bad thing.)

The Randy Moss Unretirement Tour continues next week, with at least two more visits.

I don't like the guy one bit, but being I'm a Saints fan 1st and foremost, if we did sign him (and I hope we don't), I still pull for him.

This might at least put some pressure on Colston/Meachem to resign before we take another direction.
