What's the deal with our 2nd-4th round picks at LB'er since 2000?

Fortt - 4th Rd
Martez Wilson - 3rd Rd
Stanley Arnoux - 4th Rd
Alfred Fincher - 3rd Rd
C. Watson - 2nd Rd
Cie Grant - 3rd Rd
James Allen - 3rd Rd

That list is pretty atrocious. Curse of the Dome Patrol???
