Coach Sean Payton said earlier this week that a three-technique defensive tackle remains one of the team’s biggest needs. Fairley fits the bill and would likely slide in next to Jonathan Jenkins on the defensive line if he signs with the Saints.

Talk about a MASSIVE interior line

A disappointment as a starter early in his career in Detroit, Fairley has proven the past two seasons that, when healthy, he can be a disruptive player.

He will slide in next to John Jenkins on the Saints' interior.

C'mon DA, just keep him motivated!
