Saints release QB Garrett Grayson, third-round pick in 2015.

i thought that grayson didnt hurt his chances of staying on. one bad pass that was tipped by our own and returned for a t.d. he didnt throw off his back feet like mccown does half the time , grayson didnt lite the world on fire but held on for 2 years, mccown to me is getting long in the tooth and impressed me once maybe last year.

KC cut Murray (QB, Georgia). Rumor was SP liked him in 2014. Coulda had him over Fortt with the 4th round pick.

Bad picks/Inability to coach up/Bad contracts = No playoffs/Cap hell. How long does this staff get a pass for winning a Super Bowl?

I understand what ur saying but we have too many needs on the o-line and defense to gamble with a 3rd round pick. If we wasn't one of the worst defenses in history the pick would've looked a little better.

Didn't they say all of the guards they have coveted whet earlier and any others they had in their sites were graded much lower. I swear I remember that question being asked following the draft.

Not that there truly was a cap hell, but they are no where near one now. They have tons of cap space moving forward.
