No, Butler wasn't under contract so they couldn't include him in that trade. They used #32 as collateral for when they could deal Butler. Of course I don't know that for certain but we'll see.

They do what the board dictates with who is left on their draft board(want list).

Sometimes not successfully, but hindsight is always 20/20
