Should you draft a Detroit Lion for your fantasy team?
Stafford was my qb last year. Dude put up ridiculous numbers on a regular basis and won me a lot of games. I spent most of the season trying to convince my brother to trade Johnson to me as he also put up monster numbers.Posted 08-09-2012 at 01:46 PM by frydaddy -

Great write up slomotion. Can you do the other 31 teams next?Posted 08-09-2012 at 11:00 AM by Utah_Saint -
Perspective is everything ...
Yeah, when all is said and done and it's all not the crimes of the century it's been made out to be, I hope as much effort by fans & the media that was put into villifying the Saints in the courts of public opinion will be spent vindicating New Orleans as well ... but that'll never happen.Posted 05-06-2012 at 07:07 AM by SloMotion -

So, you didn't wake up a millionaire today?
Yeah, just realized picking 3 numbers without the moneyball nets you $7 ... I'm on a roll!Posted 04-07-2012 at 12:37 PM by SloMotion -

NFL Alumni vote Stafford QB of the Year (?)
IDK, I'm on the list but I think I'm going to pass until next season, not real excited about their non-conference opponents at home for 2012, even though Houston would probably be a good game to watch.
That will be a good game @ Tennessee. You know Schwartz is going to have some fun in the interviews when asked about playing his old team,.

NFL Alumni vote Stafford QB of the Year (?)
You gonna break down and get season tix? I still want to make it up to FF for a game. I will in all likelihood be going to the Lions @ Titans game, as it's much closer to me. Should be fun to see Schwartz return to Tennessee to take on his old team.Posted 03-09-2012 at 10:53 AM by jokeray -
NFL Alumni vote Stafford QB of the Year (?)
Thanks. I think it was unfortunate for Stafford that the year he has a genuine "QB of the Year" season, two of the league's elite had a slightly better one. But he's young, so "It's Always Sunny in Detroit". I'm gonna' love hanging out at Eastern Market tailgating next season, thanks to Matt & Co.Posted 03-09-2012 at 10:10 AM by SloMotion -
NFL Alumni vote Stafford QB of the Year (?)
Weird list. Good read, Slomo.
The coach of the year was fired. I think that says everything about these "awards". Stafford should not have won QB of the year, and Suh should not have won DL of the year.
WOW.Posted 03-08-2012 at 01:49 PM by jokeray -
Could former Saints practice-squad player be the next Jeremy Lin?
... yeah, Ivory ... having Sproles, PT & Ingram on the roster didn't help any either ... the Saints were 'blessed' with an abundance of RB talent ...

If the Saints did not have the "package of violence", Bell would be on the team.Posted 02-28-2012 at 09:21 AM by SmashMouth -

Yeah, when I see a list of awards like this it makes me think of the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) where everyone gets a trophy. That's good for the kids, but these guys are million dollar athletes, does everyone need a trophy in the NFL?Posted 02-28-2012 at 06:17 AM by SloMotion -
NFL Alumni vote Stafford QB of the Year (?)
That is a heck of a list...can't see anything wrong with it (rolling my eyes in the back of my head at this very moment)
and think they are all well deserving of the award they received.Posted 02-27-2012 at 07:39 PM by Byubengal -

SuperBowl XLVI; A Closer Look
... but now I feel better, "Broadway" Joe Namath has come around to my way of thinking, Joe Namath .... and the Patriots released Tiquan Underwood yesterday, paving the way for Chad Ochocinco to play in the SuperBowl .... it would appear my evil plan is coming along quite nicely ...Posted 02-05-2012 at 05:48 AM by SloMotion
