Asante Samuel may be a good fit for the Saints
this is a discussion within the NFL Community Forum; So Vitt gets mentioned so I ask this..... Why would you think Shanle would be released? Vitt likes him, Spagnuolo tried to get him from the Saints and he was fifth on the team in tackles, and second among linebackers ...

So if Smith stays with what would be more than likely the 2nd, third, or forth highest contract....(assuming he doesn't restructure, because I say he declines and gets cut) why would Shanle stay? |
