The league can redistribute all of his players until he is no longer owner. That will sink him, he would rather sell it for 1bn than let it vanish.

No billionaire or multimillionaire would enter into a co-op business business venture with out the ability to get rid of bad eggs.

The NFL has to vote to allow a new owner and they can vote to eject a new owner.
