Just looking at some of Baldy's breakdown on that Tampa/Saints game, Bowles often had 3, 4 guys trail with Alvin. 4 defenders, leaving Mike and Sanders with man coverage. One of the only times the Bucs were "tricked" is when AK was under center/wildcat, tossed it to Jameis and he slung it 40 yards to a high school wide open 3quan. It was obvious that they didn't respect the deep pass from Brees. For 2021, I simply want to see our next QB stretch the field & keep defenses honest. ** Edit - Jameis threw it 50 + yards with little effort. |
