They can structure a contract to put that first year near league minimum plus a bit and go out and fill a couple of other holes and then fill in with the draft and be able to compete right away. As Underhill and Triplett discussed, the Saints would automatically be the favorites to win the division if we could land Carr and be in position to win some games in the playoffs.
