He can play anywhere he wants, if he agrees to a trade. NTC doesn’t mean “only place he can play is New Orleans”; It means the player controls where he goes. I know that, that's a given. Everyone should know how the clause works. But, Brees has repeatedly said that he would only play in New Orleans and that is where he would end his career. That's the point I was trying to make. With a no trade clause he makes the call and he's already made that call repeatedly.
